1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the jt9 website accessible at https://jt9.bio, the jt9 mobile application, and all associated services, tools, and content made available by jt9.
• "Account" means the unique registered player account created by an individual user on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or incentive amount credited to an Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, region, or territory in which accessing and using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full, including any future amendments published by jt9.

jt9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement, and the word "you" shall refer to both you and that person jointly and severally.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an Account on jt9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jt9 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and will request proof of age documentation during the account verification process.
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of gambling activities in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You do not currently hold another active Account on the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently banned, or had an Account closed by jt9 for cause.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jt9 or any of its affiliated game providers.

jt9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close an Account pending verification. Any bets placed or winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be voided at the sole discretion of jt9.

4. Account Registration and Verification

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures, jt9 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before processing a withdrawal or unlocking certain account features:

• Government-issued photographic identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (photograph of bKash/Nagad mobile wallet screen showing the registered number in your name, or bank statement).

jt9 processes all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are retained only for as long as is required by applicable record-keeping obligations and are stored using secure, encrypted systems.

You are strictly prohibited from providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation. Any Account found to have been registered using false information will be immediately and permanently closed, and any Balance therein will be forfeited without recourse.

5. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

jt9 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or two-factor authentication code via any channel including live chat, email, telephone, or social media. Any communication requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event that you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jt9 immediately by contacting our support team via the live chat feature in the jt9 app or by emailing [email protected]. jt9 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to implement reasonable security measures or have shared your credentials with a third party.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

jt9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account.

All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, except where jt9 has approved an alternative method in writing. This policy is in place to prevent financial fraud and money laundering.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.

jt9 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with any applicable legal obligation. In such cases, jt9 will inform the affected player as soon as reasonably practicable.

It is strictly prohibited to use the Platform for the purpose of transferring or laundering funds. Any Account found to be engaged in such activity will be immediately closed, and all relevant information will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

jt9 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be displayed at the point of opt-in. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time, unless jt9 expressly permits otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotion. Certain games may contribute less than 100% — or not at all — toward satisfying a wagering requirement.
• If you request a withdrawal before a wagering requirement has been satisfied, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• jt9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured under the terms that were in place at the time of opt-in.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. jt9 may decline to award a bonus to any player at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse or systematic exploitation.

8. Betting Rules and Game Play

All bets placed on the jt9 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market selected. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a bet.

jt9 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds, bets placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement, and bets placed in violation of any provision of this Agreement.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during a game session, jt9 will use its records — including server-side game logs — to determine the outcome. jt9's decision in such matters is final and binding. Winnings on incomplete game rounds will be calculated based on the last verifiable server state prior to the malfunction.

All casino games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology sourced from internationally audited third-party providers. Results are determined entirely by chance, and jt9 does not manipulate outcomes in any way.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jt9 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or any technical vulnerability for personal financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to jt9 and will be subject to review.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

jt9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players free of charge and without delay upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrictions on the duration of any single gaming session.
• Time-Out: A temporary suspension of your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary, permanent or long-term closure of your Account for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable during the agreed exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the jt9 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, and audio-visual material, is the property of jt9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of jt9.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jt9, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

jt9 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

In any event, jt9's total aggregate liability to you under this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

jt9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your data is handled.

jt9 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and game providers is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of the relevant service.

14. Account Closure and Termination

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting jt9 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

jt9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or a violation of applicable law. In such cases, jt9 will notify you unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or be prohibited by law.

Upon termination of your Account for cause, jt9 may retain any Balance as compensation for losses suffered as a result of your breach, subject to the outcome of any formal dispute resolution process.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the jt9 Platform, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within five business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a support-level complaint, you may request that the matter be escalated to a senior member of the jt9 compliance team. The decision of the jt9 compliance team on factual matters relating to game outcomes, technical logs, and account activity is final and binding.

For disputes involving amounts exceeding ৳10,000, jt9 may, at its discretion, refer the matter to an independent third-party dispute resolution service. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body will be provided at the time of escalation.

16. Amendments to These Terms

jt9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, jt9 will endeavour to provide notice via a prominent in-Platform notification or by email to the address registered on your Account. Minor amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect your substantive rights) take effect immediately upon publication without separate notification.

The version of these Terms in force at the time of any specific transaction or event shall govern that transaction or event. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this page to remain informed of any changes.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jt9 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their country or region of residence.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude any rights you may have under mandatory provisions of consumer protection law that cannot be waived or excluded by contract in the jurisdiction where you reside.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotional terms applicable to your Account, constitutes the entire agreement between you and jt9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
